We have taken on a lot of tricky projects. If access is restricted or difficult to your property, contact us and let us know and we can come and take a look. No project is beyond our capabilities.

After seeing the job and understanding your requirements, we will send you a quote. Once the quote is agreed and we are instructed to undertake the work, we will require a 30-50% deposit, depending on the work and materials needed. This is to cover upfront costs that we will incur, ie materials, machine hire, scaffolding etc. The balance of the job will then be paid in instalments until the job is completed. 

We quote for the entire job from start to finish, subject to any unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, ie finding asbestos in a house, hidden cess pits or pipework. We don't charge a day rate. This enables you to budget accordingly and rest assured that there aren't going to be any hidden costs.
